***COVID-19 UPDATE***
- Please note that delays in shipping times from Canada Post, USPS, and several other shipping companies due to Covid and the defunding of the postal system. You may have an expected delivery date on your tracking number for your package but these delays may result in your packaging arriving later than the expected delivery date.
- Please take note of these delays and understand that once a package is shipped and dropped off at the post office, it is no longer in our hands and you will need to contact your local post office with any issues! Thank you for all of your trust, love, & support through these times!
Orders will be shipped within one business day, not including the transit/processing time.
US: 7-13 business days
Canada: 1-7 business days
UK, Australia, and the rest of the world: 8-13 business days.
Divine Minerals will only accept a return, exchange, or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of being delivered. No refund will be accepted for products that have been opened or are returned damaged. Shipping paid on your order will be deducted from the refund.
All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable unless the cause for a return or exchange was our fault.

I will also provide refunds if an item arrives broken. (must provide a picture within 24 hours of delivery date)
In other cases, I may provide store credit or a replacement depending on the situation & availability.
Once your package is shipped and a tracking number is provided, I can no longer be held responsible for delayed or lost mail since it is then in USPS's hands. Please contact your local post office for further information on the status of your package!
I am not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address (unless it is my typo) Please be sure to double check your address before submitting your order.
To protect from fraudulent payments - If a payment is pending after you make a purchase, I will only ship once the full payment has cleared.
